Can not be add repository ppa in swift installation

When we add ppa repository for a multiple server swift installation, we get error message "Cannot access PPA (https://launchpad.net/api/1.0/~swift-core/+archive/release) to get PPA information, please check your internet connection."

I run add-apt-repository ppa:swift-core/release, I get error message.
swift@swift:~$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:swift-core/release
Cannot access PPA (https://launchpad.net/api/1.0/~swift-core/+archive/release) to get PPA information, please check your internet connection.

That should be deprecated. This should be a confirmed documentation bug.

I would purpose the multi-node installation guide should be updated to target Ubuntu Cloud Archive and RedHat RDO repository for packaged releases of Swift.
