corel_pal parser fails on CPL12_SPOT palettes

Attempt to load CPL12_SPOT palette (identifier '\xcd\xbc') results error "Usupported format"

CPL12_SPOT palettes can be found in the same folder of CDR X3 and CDR X4 installations.

Which version of SwatchBooker? Which OS? I had no problem reading any of these palettes...
