Bug Description
I've made a few improvements to svn2bzr that would be good to merge:
1. Use timezone=0 for the generated revisions so they are treated as UTC rather than the local time zone.
2. added --scheme=project to handle repositories that hold multiple projects.
3. fix remove handling (it seemed to be broken with current bzr)
4. add support for svn:executable property.
