Checking for successful builds are redundant when only one archive is specified

Bug Description

While checking the build failures from an archive, only the latest are kept and successful build supersede failed builds. Later all archives are checked for successful builds.

The archive which contained the failed build should be left out in that second pass. In particular when a single archive is specified, that pass is useless and only time consuming.
