Sushy Session not established

Sushy does not implement the SessionService spec. As such a session is not established properly for some vendors who specifically require a Session to be established via the /redfish/v1/SessionService/ link.

    Implement Redfish Sessions

    Implement Redfish Sessions because some vendor implementations
    have disabled basic auth and require a Redfish Session to access
    resources.

    This was done by creating the following objects:
    SessionService, SessionCollection and Session,
    BasicAuth, SessionAuth, SessionOrBasicAuth

    Session state is managed internally by ourselves.
    Unit tests have been updated accordingly.

This issue was fixed in the openstack/sushy 1.3.0 release.
