Surveil doesn't support "." character in host name

http://localhost:8080/v1/hosts/ show list of all hosts with host_name including google.com but this address: http://localhost:8080/v1/hosts/google.com return 404.

This is probably due to the dot (".") character
This problem could also be in services.
