Bug Description
When submitting the registration form, if you make a mistake or if you do not confirm your registration, the regsitration form will be displayed again but the "Orginanisation" field value is "forgotten" and you have to type it in again.
Excepted behaviour : organisation field is remembered like the other fields (name, addres, etc.)
