Bug Description

The 'recover' password process works in two steps, but the wording/layout of the form can be enhanced to make that clear.

Now there is some explanation on top, and ONE form below.
I would suggest to keep the one form (technically), but present it as two forms by duplicating the submit-button and intermix the wording.

Something like this:

  Lost password
  ---------------------------------------------------------
For security reasons we cannot recover your password, but we can reset it to some random sequence.
To verify your identity via e-mail, this process is split up in two steps.

     1. Enter your email address. The change password process will be started and a confirmation code will be sent.

EMAIL ADDRESS: [______________________] [[START THE PASSWORD CHANGE PROCESS]]

Then after submit one gets:

  Lost password
  ---------------------------------------------------------
For security reasons we cannot recover your password, but we can reset it to some random sequence.
To verify your identity via e-mail, this process is split up in two steps.

     1. Enter your email address. The change password process will be started and a confirmation code will be sent.

(confirmation email sent to <email address hidden>, please check your mailbox)

     2. Enter your email address again together with the code you received by email below.

     EMAIL ADDRESS: [ <email address hidden> ]
CONFIRMATION CODE: [_________________] [[RESET MY PASSWORD]]

And finally:

  Lost password
  ---------------------------------------------------------
For security reasons we cannot recover your password, but we can reset it to some random sequence.
To verify your identity via e-mail, this process is split up in two steps.

     1. Enter your email address. The change password process will be started and a confirmation code will be sent.
     2. Enter your email address again together with the code you received by email below.

(new password sent, please check your mailbox, and _change_ it into you _can_ remember at your earliest convenience )
