Allow selection of subset in data ind for removal

Bug Description
Rather than a "remove subset" button, make it a "remove selected subsets" and allow the user to select the ones they want removing.

Non-trivial, as the removal of the subsets is done with the data_ind algorithm (with a flag). Would need to write a routine to remove source trees by name (should be done already?) and call that when the button is clicked, after grabbing selections in column 1 of the treeview
