Bug Description
Phyml is a bit of software and anything Phy seems to have phylogenetic connotations, rather than being supertree only. stkml might work well!

This is a fairly major change, including:
- database
- schema
- code (phyml is hard coded in places)
- test data
- tutorial data
- manual
Would also need to recognise phyml for a wee while too to make sure old files still work.
