Bug Description
Right now, the header change is somewhat of a hack. It would be nice to be able to separate UDS/LC and do a theme for each.

We should have a separate local_settings.py for Linaro, where we can over-write the INSTALLED_APPS to use linaro_website instead of ubuntu_website
