add blueprint url to ical feed

Currently generated ical is missing the blueprint url. For instance:

What would the benefit be of having this in the ical? Is this only because Summit doesn't have a proper API?

@Michael Hall. Yes pretty much. At the time the ical was generated with each request, so it was a convenient way to get up-to-date information, and having the url would have been extra nice.

If you're volunteering to wrap an api around summit, thats definitely the way to go.

Right now though, we want to make summit *not crash* ever. So, the API is definitely going to get pushed to next cycle. I'm closing this bug as Won't Fix and I'll open a new bug for API.
