Bug Description
I was thinking on localizing Summit, in order for people who use other languages to be able to see it in their native languages.

We decided in the past that this wasn't worth the effort due to the requirement of needing to speak English in order to really take part in a UDS. With the virtual UDS, it would be 'more possible' to have non-english sessions, however, I am not convinced it is worth the effort.
