Bug Description
On the registration form the "Willing to be Crew" checkbox should not be displayed if it's a vUDS.

I agree and disagree.. We have discussed using crew for certain things during a vUDS. So yes, untill we need it, just removing it would be ok. Once we need it, we would have to get it back. I'm sure some sort of flag could be made to determine if crew is wanted, however I'll leave that for the next UDS.
