This is caused by a bug in the Subversion libraries that bzr-svn uses.
e.g. try:
$ svn log -v https://svn.mccode.org/svn/McCode/trunk ... svn: REPORT of '/svn/McCode/!svn/bc/2470/trunk': 200 OK (https://svn.mccode.org)
