Bug Description
For breezy, we'd like to run the testsuite twice - once on Python2 and once on Python3 - but while generating a single subunit stream.
In order to do so, we need to somehow dedupe the test ids. Perhaps subunit-filter could take a --rename argument with a regex to apply to all test ids?
