Bug Description
After a successfully completed installation, one reboots the machine. The machine then boots, but the user is quickly prompted with the following error message:
```
error: no such device: ubuntu-boot
```
You cannot boot into the installed system at all. Going back to the boot menu and re-selecting the ubuntu installation results in the same outcome
