maybe my USB stick, JetFlash Transcend 256GB SCSI Disk Device, is not compatible with the motherboard's USB 3.0 port. I will check it later.

not an issue with USB stick.
I tested another USB stick and changed the USB port. Still the same.

possibly an issue with the graphics card because the issue disappeared after I used safe graphics mode to boot. Cannot the installation of ubuntu 24.04 support the AMD 7600 XT graphics card well ?
