Thank you for your bug report Could you add the logs from/var/log/installer after getting the problem or use 'sudo ubuntu-bug ubuntu-desktop-bootstrap' to report the issue (which would automatically include the needed informations)?

Changed in ubuntu-desktop-provision:
status: New → Incomplete

I couldn't use 'sudo ubuntu-bug ubuntu-desktop-bootstrap', so I used 'sudo ubuntu-bug ubuntu-desktop' and reported there https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/2073279 . I have sent logs in attachment.

Weird, the other bug doesn't seem to have been reported against ubuntu-desktop-bootstrap. Could you attach the subiquity log, the ubuntu_bootstrap one only tells that the backend wasn't reachable but we need to service log also to know why

I tried to install 22.04 ubuntu and upgrade it to 24.04 ubuntu, and it worked, but still I don't know why installer 24.04 version isn't working on my device. It's fine for me, but if you want and have a idea how to fix that, we can try to solve this problem to help others in the future.

Thanks for attaching the debug log, I don't see an obvious error there but maybe the subiquity team will be able to read it better...
