Bug Description

While trying to install a fresh copy of 24.04 LTS I was greeted with a blocking dialog:

"Turn off RST to continue"

```
This computer uses Intel RST (Rapid Storage Technology). You need
to turn off RST in Windows before installing Ubuntu.
For instructions scan the QR code on another device or visit:
help.ubuntu.com/rst
[ Restart into Windows ]
```

I was baffled by this and after asking around I got help to set this up on the BIOs, managing to install correctly. I was on the error of giving up though, after trying to wipe the HD (with a gentoo installer) just to make sure there was no trace of anything on the disk.

All in all the error is either that the Installer detected windows on my computer (which there was none), or that it is assuming that windows is always required to disable this (which contradicts the documentation).

If the issue is the latter I would suggest a mention about the BIOS as part of the message.

My humble suggestion:

```
This computer uses Intel RST (Rapid Storage Technology). You need
to turn off RST in Windows before installing Ubuntu.
If you do not have Windows installed, you can disable this on the BIOS.
Have a great day!
