block probing crashed with RuntimeError

i am new here but this is the same way i installed ubuntu on my asus laptop and it worked but on my system with intel i5 4800k processor it is not showing that where to install ubuntu like the page where we have to select how do you want to install ubuntu there is nothing except that line and white screen.
