Bug Description
I am unable to install Ubuntu on my PC. I tried flashing a Ubuntu version 24.04 using balenaEtcher at first, which gave me an error on boot saying no boot file found, but I could still install it on my laptop without a problem. Next, I tried doing the same for my PC, which has an i5 11500, AMD RX6600, 16GB RAM, so it should exceed system requirements, but the popup to install Ubuntu said "something has gone wrong". I also tried using a different USB drive, I tried flashing with Rufus instead of balenaEtcher, and I even tried installing older versions of Linux, which instead of saying something went wrong got stuck on "preparing Ubuntu".

Thank you for your bug report. Could you try again and attach the content of /var/log/installer after getting the error? Without the debug log it's difficult to say what the problem could be.
Also could you provide details on your disks setup and partitioning options
