Bug Description

Hi,

during installation of 24.04, in french language, the default key map proposed for AZERTY is

« french, obsolete alternative » ( in french : français, variante obsolète ) → https://i.ibb.co/hgjLmJd/kbd-map-fr-obsolete-variante.png

it was also the case with 23.04 ( and probably 23.10 ).

It's strange because it used to be for years

« french, alternative » ( français, variante ) → https://i.ibb.co/L8jPd72/kbd-map-fr-variante.png

which easily provides æ Æ or œ Œ from A and O keys, for example.
