Bug Description

In bug 2016472, jamesps reported the presence of the file etc/apt/apt.conf.d/zzzz-temp-installer-unattended-upgrade in the target system on mantic.

Obivously, this file was meant to be temporary and should not exist in the target system.

I believe https://github.com/canonical/subiquity/commit/174e7afdd00f012027228c7fa359db716ad021d9 introduced the regression.

Reproducing the bug is a matter of installing Ubuntu 23.10 while online.
