Add Lenovo X13s to db/all.db

Add an entry for the arm64 Lenovo X13s laptop to the database.

We should use

   Kernel-Flavors: any

We will be booting via EFI and boot.scr will not be generated. So copying the dtbs to an appropriate place for GRUB should not depend the kernel flavor.

Thank you! I'm anxiously awaiting getting my X13s up and running. I know the road's gonna be bumpy, but it's never stopped me before in 30 years of Linux use, and I really do think that ARM in laptop form factor is going to become more and more important, so getting Linux/Ubuntu going would be huge.
