No clear message of completion at the end of user facing log

Bug Description

At the end of the installation process, the user visible log was like the following in the subiquity UI:

   configuring cloud-init
   calculating extra packages to install
   installing openssh-server
     curtin command system-install
   downloading and installing security updates
     curtin command in-target
   restoring apt configuration
     curtin command in-target
subiquity/Late/run
====

Although the installer UI title bar has been changed to "Install complete", it wasn't so clear the installation process was complete to me since I was waiting at this step for nothing. If we could add one line of explicitly stating it's complete, that would improve the user experience.
