Answering "no" to "Continue to autoinstall?" doesn't lead to interactive installer

Bug Description
When an autoinstall yaml is present but 'autoinstall' hasn't been specified in the cmdline, then subiquity asks for confirmation before proceeding with the autoinstall:
Continue with autoinstall? (yes|no)
however answering "no" to that question doesn't lead to the interactive installer, which is desirable to e.g. perform both manual and automatic installs from the same media.
