canary iso needs more packages

ubuntu desktop canary installer attempt install
- sony vaio svp112a1cw (i5-9400u, 4gb, intel haswell-ULT)

it installed for a good time (canary feels slower; but very subjective & I mostly QA-install lubuntu) before crash

Thank you for your bug report, the problem seems to be the one https://code.launchpad.net/~dbungert/ubuntu-cdimage/canary-curtin/+merge/410976 is trying to resolve and due to deb packages missing from the ISO and apt failing if the system isn't online
