Bug Description
When I recently tried subiquity 21.06.01 (2495) on impish daily with an installation on s390x LPAR,
I had to use the "Integrated ASCII console" (instead of a remote ssh installer session).
Once reaching the subiquity tui in the console, I could update it manually to the version I wanted to try, and after the update it got automatically restarted and I landed again in the tui, and was finally able to complete the installation.
So far so good, but I initially used the installer (at the console) in rich mode, but after the update it got just restarted in basic mode.
I think we should preserve rich mode across restarts.
(I think this is not limited to s390x, but I just faced it trying on this special platform...)
