I started 20.04.2 subiquity iso testing

selected russian language.

after the ssh screen, i briefly saw the "system installing" progress summary log screen.

Then i was shown snapstore election screen.

then after dissmissing snapstore screen, i was back at "system installing" screen.

In the past this was more smooth, i.e. i never saw "system installing" screen and always transitioned directly to the snapstore screen.

I wonder if this is some kind of an async server-client UX artifact.

So this is new in the client-server split and what is happening is that if it takes more than 0.1s for the server to reply to an API request for data for a new screen, the progress screen is shown.

Probably we should up that threshold a bit.
