Bug Description
The Automated Server Installs Reference Doc seems to suggest the proxy block is used to declare the proxy to configure apt and snapd on the target system, however the HTTP_PROXY environment variable is configured within the late-commands block.
The environment variable should either be unset or the proxy block should be properly documented.
This is on the latest stable 20.04 installer:
