Bug Description
Latest available iso of 18.04.4
Going through the steps of installer, the last one is "downloading and installing security updates". On different systems it can take from 5 minutes to as much as the user can wait.
Attaching the install log where it shows that the unattended-upgrade is invoked multiple times, while systemd restart on its own many times during this process.
