Bug Description
I believe that timeout with 10s to lookup mirror is small when this task is done behind proxy. In my use case, I am trying build ubuntu 20 using autoinstall feature and packer with virtualbox-iso builder. Sometimes the build process finishes, sometimes it breaks. Is there anyway to include timeout mirror configuration in user-data file?
