Bug Description

To provide a autoinstall with a fixed-ip, it's recommended to set:

refresh-installer:
update: yes

in the autoinstall config, since otherwise it switches back to dhcp. But behind a proxy, the autoinstall crashes: "Hm that definitely shouldn’t crash like that. As to why it doesn’t work, this reminds me of something I knew but forgot to address: the code that sets the proxy sets it for snapd to but this is done asynchronously and doesn’t wait for it to complete. Can you file a bug about this?" (mwhudson). See the attached screenshot with the error-messages.

I've fixed the crash in subiquity master but haven't fixed the thing about waiting for the proxy update to be applied everywhere yet.
