IPv6 not enabled by default

In the Network Connections dialog of the installer, select an available interface and select "Edit IPv6"

"IPv6 Method" is set to "Disabled". This should be set to "Automatic (DHCP)".

I consider this to be a regression from d-i as it correctly configured an IPv6 address when it was available.

I'm not sure having both this bug and bug 1878677 open makes sense?

1878677 refers to the labeling of the Automatic option.

This bug is open because the _default_ state of the option is "Disabled". The user should not need to manually turn on IPv6.
