Bug Description

lvm should put /boot inside LVM as a separate volume

full disk should be lvm, with /boot a separate volume and / a separate volume.

This is such that we can have more than one PV added to the volumegroup, we can still boot, as bootloaders sometimes require for /boot to be on a single PV.

Why is this better than having /boot as a partition?
