iso 20191014: no wired network

Bug Description
I get no wired network with the subiquity iso 20191014. It's on a T420 laptop. The same laptop booted into the desktop installed has networking just fine.

Note that this image is still affected by bug #1848034.

Same thing with iso 20191015.
If I run "dhclient enp0s25" manually, the nic gets an ip.
