The 20191014 amd64 subiquity image fails to install when using a preseed. The previous image (20191010) was working. The culprit seems to be:
OSError: [Errno 5] Input/output error: '/etc/machine-id'
The /etc/machine-id is a symlink to /usr/lib/os-release, which is indeed existing but not readable. I'm attaching the logs to the next comment to this bug. |
