subiquity won't let me continue without configuring network

Bug Description

I am installing a VM from an ISO. The VM has no network devices. Subiquity refuses to install until I configure a network device, that I don't have.

The installer should not require me to configure a network device if I don't care to configure it at this time. It should, at the most, give me a click through that says something like "You have not configured a network device. Obtaining updates for this machine will not be possible. Are you sure you want to do this? The End is Nigh!"

This is using the current daily-live for Bionic from cdimages.ubuntu.com

I think this has been reported three or four times already :)

Recent changes make it possible to complete the install without network (in disco at least, backports to bionic are in progress) but we need to change the network screen to allow you to proceed without configuring the network indeed.

Fair enough. I didn't notice, but nothing remotely similar was suggested by LP when it initially validated the subject line. That said, I rarely touch the installer, most everything is MAAS, but I saw it while trying to confirm something a partner was asking me about.

Feel free to mark me as a duplicate, of course :)
