Installing Ubuntu server 18.04 fails with an error using the subiquity installer. it seems like there are two different things that happen. If you go quickly through the installer it freezes at the username and password page and fails to finish. If you go through the installer slower, after a short amount of time, it will send you back to the beginning of the process and the installer will finish but you will be unable to login. The attached log is for the former. |
