You'd also want to create an apport package hook for subiquity which
gathers the proper log files. If subiquity is not a package which would
be installed on the system at the end of the installation process then
you'd want to put the package hook in the apport package itself. This is
done for ubiquity and debian-installer.

subiquity makes crash reports now, but there is no UI for reporting them yet.
