Bug Description

When i want to upload persian srt subtitle files i got the 402 error.

Problem while uploading...
Error: 402 Subtitles has invalid format
""
But files work properly.
For record let's me mention, persian subtitles mostly encoded in
ISO-8859-6
CP1256
UTF-8

Could you check if this error happens only with special characters? For example accents and other weird characters.
