Unable to download subtitle [name].srt

Hello,

I'm unable to download subtitles since yesterday I believe. I get the error "Unable to download subtitle [name].srt" after a successful search for subtitles and when I select "download".

I've tried:
- reinstalling
- waiting a day
- rebooting
- downloading subtitles from different movies in different languages
- changing language of the program

All don't work.

I have a registered Windows version of subdownloader 2.0.13. My OS is Windows 7 (64 bit). Internet connection is fine.

Extra info: I discovered that .gz files are created instead of the srt files.

I also have this problem. I really need to fix this. have you figured out yet?

if it downloads a file, try renaming it to .txt or .html and see if there is something to it.
