Bug Description
Hi!
I think, that program should detect language on startup and change language of user interface to system locale. Now SubDownloader uses information from system locale only at first start. Afterwards program uses settings from config file and ignores any changes of system locale.
Patches are for SubDownloader version 2.0.10.
In these patches I've added new user-interface-
Such way user can use always settings from system locale or set up individual language for user interface of SubDownloader.
