Source tarball only includes binary translation files

Bug Description

The source latest tarballs of subdownloader, only include translation files in binary form (.mo).

The source tarball should include the source/text (.po) of each available translation and in a available form to generate the .mo files in the building process, else... it will be kicked from Debian archive.

The ftp-master asked me about them :-) This is priority!

no need to remove .mo files IMHO (what if one doesn't want to regenerate them?)
