subtitles selection after hashing/retreiving

Bug Description

there shouldbe a preference or the possibility to define if retrieve subtitles are to be pre-seelected before download or not.

The best would be to have only non-existing preselected, while the other left not flagged orr depending on a preference setup.

Also the subtitle vote could be in scope, such as "autoselect subtitle if vote >" xx (and in this case the subtitle would be preselected even if existing or not...

We could use http://trac.opensubtitles.org/projects/opensubtitles/wiki/XMLRPC#SubtitlesVote for that.

Marco, i think that the searchsubtitles returned array is already ordered by votes... and SubDownloader selects by default the 1st one of your preselected language.
