SubDownloader stall when autofs mounted drives are unavailable

Bug Description

I have mounted a remote NAS-directory in my ~/Video tree using autofs.
When the mounted directory is unreachable for some reason the program stalls and doesn't let me pick another directory.
It just shows a blank window.
When trying to exit I'm eventually forced to do a 'forced quit'.

Solution would be to ignore such errors and continue building the directory tree.

If the mounted directory *is* available everything works as it should !
