get error when running subdownloader on dir with subfolders depth greater than 1

Bug Description
Version: 2.0.18
OS: Linux, Ubuntu 14.04
When running subdownloader in cli mode on a folder with subdirectories of depth >=1 I get the following error:

I have video files in a directory tree of depth > 1, where there are only video files at the leaf depth.
If i go into each leaf individually and run subdownloader, there's no problem.
