Bug Description

The subdownloader icon is too big in the root menu of fvwm (version 1:2.5.28.ds-3); the attached screenshot should give an idea. In fact, looking at the content of the SubDownloader package it seems there's only a X Pixmap of 64*64 (in usr/share/pixmaps/), so apparently fvwm uses the image without resizing it.

More generally, it might be useful to include additional images of different resolutions. The GNOME guidelines at <http://developer.gnome.org/Gnome3PortingGuide/> recommend to "Include a high-resolution application icon. Sizes covered should include 16x16, 22x22 (24x24), 32x32, 48x48 and 256x256." so this may be a good starting point.

SubDownloader version: 2.0.17
OS : Ubuntu Lucid Lynx 10.04.4 amd64

PS: As as side note, the subdownloader.net site is seriously out of date, many links need to be updated and the bitcoin address for donations doesn't seem to be included, it just redirects to paypal.
