Connection to server stops after checking several movies

First I really need to say that I am very happy the subdownloader is being developed again. It is a life saver and time saver.
The problem is the following: I have a folder called Movies. Inside of it, I have a directory for each movie I have saved. In total there are 922 movies/folders. What I want to do is tell subdownloader to read the parent MOVIES folder and check out each sub-folder. Extract from each the movies and search for the subtitles. It works great for the first 250-300 movies but then it stops with an error about not being able to connect to the server. There is no retry option, nor does it retry automatically. It stops there and does not continue. I need to add that subdownload does actually do the parsing of the movies. It finished reading all 922. The problem arises when it tries to look for the subtitles for each movie. It gets to around 250-300 and then the problem appears.
